JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Design and develop machine learning models to optimize model performance.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models, ensuring they are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights that drive business decisions
  • Work with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop) to process and manipulate large datasets efficiently.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with 2-4 years of professional experience in Data Science.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries like scikit-learn, tree-based models, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
  • Experience with big data technologies, for distributed data processing and large-scale data manipulation, such as Hadoop, Spark
  • A solid understanding of statistical analysis, model evaluation metrics, and model optimization techniques
  • Practical knowledge of Apache Airflow for automating workflows and deploying machine learning models.
  • Good communication skills, creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • 2. Proficient in reading and communication in English (equivalent to at least TOEIC 600 / IELTS 5.0).
  • Preferred: Experience working in the Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech domain
